LiveJournal gets International Publicity

So we can all get a blast from this- especially those who contribute regularly and who sent comments in about how valuable they find LiveJournal- look at this wrap that OUR efforts gets in the International WebCT Journal (for October) posted this morning:

Blogging with WebCT at University

Blogging has become a popular communication tool for instructors and students alike. Michael Griffith, associate professor for an Australian university, has integrated the LiveJournal blogging tool with WebCT to create an interactive forum for his literature students. At last month’s WebCT Asia-Pacific User Conference, Griffith shared how LiveJournal — originally intended as a space in WebCT for his students to keep a journal of their learning in literature — has evolved into dynamic communities in and beyond the classroom. Read highlights from Griffith’s presentation on “WebCT with LiveJournal: 5 C’s: Community, Collaboration, Connection, Creativity, Cohesion”

And PS… please watch this space like a hawk… prizes for the poetry & Review communities will be illustrated in full glorious technicolor VERY shortly….
Cheers
MG
