In July this year (23-26) we are co-ordinating an international conference on the links between Literature, the Arts and the Sacred. We have an amazing line-up of participants including David Malouf, Genevieve Lacey, Kevin Hart, Vivien Johnson, Kathleen Deignan, David Jasper, Imam Afroz Ali, Maeve Heaney, Carmel Bird, Michael McGirr, Joelene Griffith and many more. This is going to be an amazing celebratory event that explores the ways in which literature and all the arts (especially music and indigenous painting) can help in the search for the Sacred in our lives. More on this to follow, but click on any of the names above to get some useful links to this feast of talent. If you are keen to register for the conference now, and lock it in, then go to: http://www.acu.edu.au/groundingthesacred
